Priscilla, what manner of stupidity has possessed you? To accept such a childish challenge...to what avail, may I ask? Are you attempting to prove yourself to someone?

Well! I haven't actually accepted it.

She just-- she scolded me for the sparring! Because of... awakening. I mean, because of the risk of awakening. ...you, not me. And then she told me I couldn't stay away from you. Which I wasn't even trying to do.

I have not heard from her since yesterday, Senji.

I am unable to sense her, either. That means one of three things. The first, that she is in Dismas, which is highly unlikely. The second, that she has disappeared from the Sphere, which I also deem implausible. Third, she is somewhere out in the Mist.

[redknives]

[Right, just give him a moment to crush down the idea that she might have disappeared entirely into dust.]

She's gotta be somewhere. And if you're lyin', or if you did anything to her to make her run off and hide I'm gonna invent new ways to make you bleed, you got that?

...now how are we gonna find her?

All things change, we've been over this. My opinion included. It might have been different if circumstances had remained the same, but they did not. We're one hundred steps from where we were back then, and still moving forward at a steady pace.

Or, I like to think we are moving forward.

The inevitable from that period may very well be nonexistent now.

[She flips on video, revealing her floppy self, half-buried in foxes and cats.]'

There have been so many people lately, and that document is so -- I mean, that old one, the one that Mello used to update before he was gone and then no one did it anymore since he didn't, and anyway people do need information and um, so I wrote this thing and the problem is, I'm not really great at-- I mean, when I was with the Organization we didn't really learn to-- and since I came here I've been working on it a little, but I'm still better at the reading part than the writing part, but someone had to do it, and so I was wondering if you'd read it.
